OptiSwitch Technology Corporation designs, develops, and manufactures high performance light activated semiconductor devices, modules, and systems for our customers’ mission critical and severe service applications.

OptiSwitch’s staff has performed research and development for over 20 years, demonstrating expertise in areas of power semiconductor design and fabrication, power electronics, custom packaging of high voltage and high current switches, pulse power, semiconductor lasers, solid-state lasers, and electro-optics.

OUR FACILITIES

OptiSwitch Technology Corporation is located in San Diego, CA, a key technology hub for advanced R&D. Our 7500 square foot facilities include a complete semiconductor processing fabrication facility with Class 100 clean air room, 2 diffusion furnaces with 4 high temperature diffusion tubes, and support equipment capable of processing >1000 wafers annually. OptiSwitch Technology Corporation maintains a full R&D electronics and photonics lab, and high voltage test systems.
